Voicemail Cleanup
Who : Stateside staff
When : Daily in evenings
How : Review voicemails in "PCC Voicemails - Need Callback" queue and see which do NOT need to be called back because their request has already been handled, either through text, chat, email, or an inbound phone call.
If the issue is already resolved, close the voicemail ticket and note what was done.
Function : Clean up the voicemail queue for the day team so that they can come in to a tidy and actionable inbox.
