  • Provider or Customer criminal background e.g. Mugshots, police reports

Response:

  • (No external response. Do not engage.)

Action:

  • Escalate to T + S immediately via TS slack channel, phone call, or text. 

  • Provider: place on DNB safety hold. 

  • Customer: block immediately, cancel appointment if applicable.
