T4: Client Unconscious on Table

Use Case: 

• Client unconscious on table, with medical issue (i.e. not breathing normally or seizing)

Response:

• Please call 911. We are notifying our Trust and Safety team now.

Action:

• Escalate to T +S immediately via slack, phone call and/or text. Advise the provider to call 911 if customer health is at risk. Tier 2 authorized Support is to get the provider on phone immediately if appropriate.
