Use Case: 

  • Client unconscious on table, with medical issue (i.e. not breathing normally or seizing)

Response:

  • Please let us know how we can help. We support your decision to call 911 if there is a medical emergency. 

Action:

  • Escalate to T +S immediately via slack, phone call and/or text. Advise the provider to call 911 if customer health is at risk. Tier 2 authorized Support is to get the provider on phone immediately if appropriate.
