T3: Non Medical Massage

Use Case: 

  • Pre-appt: First-time Customer notes has significant major medical condition/injury (trying to book from a hospital/ have a broken neck/)

Response:

  • To customer/patient: 

    Hello {{customer.firstName}}! Thank you for your request. We saw in your notes for the massage that you are recovering from a medical issue. Please confirm you have medical clearance to receive a massage.

     

    If you need to postpone because they say they will get the clearance:

     

    Please let us know when you acquire medical clearance and we will reschedule your appointment.

Action:

  • If the client/patient says no: 

    Escalate to Trust and Safety for review.

    If the client/patient says yes:

    If the client is in a hospital or assisted living, then escalate to Trust and Safety Slack for further follow-up between Zeel and the provider.
