Action:

  • Escalate to Trust and Safety for further review.

  • Note - if client is in a hospital or assisted living, we are not confirming the appointment or sending a provider there. Our answer can be :

    • Hello NAME, thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with Zeel. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your request. Any amount charged to your card will be refunded and pending charges will fall off.
