    • Provider reporting housing concern at spa property

    • Provider reporting alleged sexual harassment by client or employee

    • Provider reporting not receiving tips or payments due

  • Chair

    • Thank you for letting us know. We are notifying our Trust and Safety team now.

Action:

  • CS - Escalate to Trust and Safety Slack and Kustomer. and ping Virginia or Antonio for Spa/Chair respectively.
