System Has Wrong Date

  1. When you see a booking where bids are HF ineligible bc of expired license and you check the therapist’s license and the license is valid but in another state, it’s likely because the appointment has the wrong state. See attachment for example.

  2. This is easy to diagnose if there are multiple bids, and they all have “expired license as the handsfree reason”

  3. In these cases, update the address in the booking, and manually book a bid (the system will still tell you that it is an expired license, but you should book it the same way you would if the license is currently valid but expires in the future.)
