Providers Bidding Different Times on Couples Appointments

Step 1

In Kustomer, reach out to both therapists to see if they can do a time that works for the other therapist that is bidding.

Step 2

Use this template: “Hi NAME, thanks for your response to the couples request for INITIALS in CITY. Would you be able to do ALT TIME? We have another therapist in our network replying with a ALT TIME start time and we could confirm you to go with that therapist if you are able to accommodate this other start time."

Step 3

Add sticky notes indicating you’ve reached out to the therapists about matching times

Step 4

If a time is agreed upon, confirm the appointment.

Step 5

If they can’t match times, offer different options for b2b or staggered start times, with a message to the client like “Hello x, we have been reaching out for your request for a couples massage and have not heard from 2 therapists available at the same time. We have one therapist replying for 3pm and another for 5pm - would you like either of the therapists to do back-to-back massages or a single massage at one of those times, or would you like one to come at 3 to do a massage and the other to come at 5?”
