Provider Bidding w/ Expired Insurance

  1. In Kustomer, send the provider the ______ shortcut. 

  2. Wait for the COI to be received in Kustomer. 

  3. Once received, review the document for _______. 

  4. Update the COI in CMS by navigating to the provider’s profile, and scrolling to the insurance section. 

    1. Edit the expiration date

    2. Change the Evident Status to N/A

    3. In the description of the insurance before “Insurer” add your initials and the date you updated the COI. Example “BJ updated on 2/7/23”

  5. Add to the list linked here. Be sure to include the requested information shown in the sheet. For Link to Profile → Add the Kustomer URL with the COI in it.
