Provider Bidding w/ Alt Time

Step 1

In Kustomer, reach out to the customer and ask them if the time the provider is available will work for them. The message should read as follows:

“Hello name, this is Zeel Support. I have a highly rated therapist available for a ___(insert time)_____ start time. Would this work for you?”

Step 2

Add a sticky note indicating that you’ve asked the client about whether X time works

Step 3

If the customer is available, confirm the appointment directly in the CMS appointment page for the new time.
