Only One Provider Bidding on Couples Appointment

  1. If the customer already indicated they were okay with back to back:

    1. Confirm the bidding provider on the appointment as a back to back (Just change the appointment type to back to back in the CMS appointments page). 

      1. Exceptions: 

        1. gender no preference, male only/preferred, or female preferred in LA/SF Bay Area/NYC (city proper, not NJ or Long Island) 

  2. If the customer did not yet tell us they were okay with back to back, offer alternatives for couples like:

    1. If only one therapist is available, are they open to having one therapist to do both? 

    2. Are they okay with staggered start times with 2 providers if we can’t match times

    3. Add sticky notes indicating that you've reached out to the client.
