When : 8a-8p local time, M-F
How : To identify which veterans need a call, use the ZCC referral grid filters shown in the screenshot. The filter at the bottom for "First Call Needed" and "Second Call Needed" can be used to filter further.
Each patient should receive two phone calls, on two separate days.
Contact attempts should be recorded in the "Record Patient Outreach" section of the referral grid side panel. This generates tasks to be uploaded to HSRM.
