Rebooking and Calendar Requests

Clients can rebook directly with providers they've previously seen through the app.

If the provider has submitted availability to their calendar, the client can pick an open slot on the providers calendar and immediately be confirmed.

If the provider has NOT submitted availability, they client can request the provider and the request will go straight to them. These will show up as blue "Blasting Specific Provider" requests. The provider will be notified, however we should also send them a text letting them know they've been requested for an appointment to try and get their attention.

New shortcuts have been added for Rebooking requests!

Hi {{customer.firstName}}, this is Zeel. The therapist you're requesting, [Therapist], has replied with alternate appt times for [days]. You can go to the app to review and accept one of those times, or initiate a text conversation with the therapist through the app to arrange for a time that works for you both. 

#Rebooking_Provider_Submitted_Alternate_Time

Hi {{customer.firstName}}, this is Zeel. Thanks for responding to the "requesting you" request from [CLIENT NAME]. Now that you've replied with alternate times, you can, if you'd like, initiate a text conversation via the app to arrange for a time that works for both of you. If you agree upon a time, you can confirm the appt for the agreed-upon time through the app. 

#Rebooking_Customer_Provider_No_Availability

Hi {{customer.firstName}}, this is Zeel - the therapist you are requesting, [THERAPIST], does not have future availability indicated and it’s unlikely they will respond to the request. If you’d like to expand your request to our wider network of therapists, you can use the “expand request” link on the pending screen of your appointment.
