Zeel Gift Cards

Zeel Gift cards can be added in the promo code tab near where we add credit to an account. They can also be added at checkout.

In order to look at who has sent or received a gift card we go to the appointments tab in CMS and select "Gift Cards new" from the drop down menu.

Enter the client's email and change the category dropdown to "all".

Any purchased or received gift cards will be listed. We can re-send receipts from here, as well as track the gift cards usage.

If the gift card has NOT been redeemed, there will be a blue button that says "refund" where I've drawn a green X.

If we need to refund or unredeem a gift card that was applied to an account, please reach out to Tamara.
