Managing Zeel Gift Cards

Adding a Gift Card:

  • Gift cards can be added in the Promo Code tab, located near the section where account credit is added.

  • They can also be applied at checkout.

Checking Gift Card Transactions:

  1. Go to the Appointments tab in CMS.

  2. Select "Gift Cards New" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Enter the client's email and change the category dropdown to "All."

  4. This will display all purchased or received gift cards.

Managing Gift Cards:

  • From this section, you can:

    • Resend receipts.

    • Track gift card usage.

  • If a gift card has not been redeemed, a blue "Refund" button will appear.

Refunding or Unredeeming a Redeemed Gift Card:

  • If a redeemed gift card needs to be refunded or unredeemed, please reach out to Tamara for assistance.
