Verifying if a Spa Block has been Checked Out

Occasionally, properties will reach out for assistance checking out block appointments, or we’ll need to update a checkout if the details provided by the spa were incorrect and a provider is stating that their payment is incorrect. 

  1. If a property has NOT checked out of a spa block the appointment will have a “check out” button next to the projected payments.

  2. If they HAVE checked out of the appointment, it will list the massages performed next to the payment/charges.
