Untrained Therapists

Therapists need to be tagged as “VA trained” in order to be confirmed on VA appointments. In order to bet tagged, they must 1) either attend a webinar about VA protocols (2x a week on Mondays and Thursdays) or review an information deck about the protocols and 2) successfully complete a quiz about VA protocols. Once they do no 2, the tag is automatically applied 

When a provider who is not trained replies to a request, you will see that the bid is eligible for handsfree booking bc they are “not VA trained.” We have an automation that sends them the info about the webinar and quiz via SMS, but if we have bandwidth, it’s a good idea to call these therapists and make sure they understand what they need to do to be confirmed on VA appts.
