Trust and Safety escalations are broken out into three categories and three tiers.

• Escalation Tiers

  • Tier 2 - Routine Escalation

  • Tier 3 - Significant Escalation

  • Tier 4 - Immediate Escalation

Please use this guide as a playbook for handling and classifying these escalations as they come across our desk.
