T2: Request for Service We Do Not Provide

Use Case:

  • (Example: Requesting no draping or booking by appearance)

Response:

  • We are unable to fulfill your request
    If the request is an edge case, I.e. the customer is cancelling frequently, please escalate to Trust and Safety in Slack.

     

Action:

  • Block the customer, uncheck “receives marketing emails”. Send to Trust and Safety Kustomer.
