T2: Location Not Fit For In-Home Massage

Use Case:

• Provider reports that massage location is unfit for appointment 

Response:

• We appreciate your reporting your concern. Please block yourself from the client/patient. We are sending your report to the Trust and Safety team right now.

  (Tier 3 Escalation)

  If live in real time and they are expressing being in an Unsafe/Unclean/Unfit Residence:

  Please leave the appointment location immediately if you feel there is a hygiene or safety risk. We are sending your report to the Trust and Safety team now.

Action:

• Make sure the provider blocked him/herself from the client/patient. Assign to Trust and Safety Kustomer.

  
  If provider reporting in real time, please escalate in Slack as real time is a T3 escalation.

  
  Trust and Safety will block customer if issue rises to the level.
