Use Case:

  • Provider attempting to work with a client off of the Zeel platform (or vice versa)

Response:

  • No external response 

Action:

  • If you catch disintermediation in texts between a customer and a provider-- create Provider (or Customer) Review and assign it to T + S. 

  • If you receive a report of disintermediation from one party about another, create a Review and assign to T+S
