T2: Customer Complains About Unvaccinated Provider

Use Case:

  • Customer complains about a provider not being vaccinated

Response:

  • Zeel legally cannot mandate providers in the network to be vaccinated; however, with your permission, I can add a sentence to your external Member Account notes section requesting COVID-19 fully vaccinated providers only.  

Action:

  • Tier 2 assigns the ticket to the T+S bucket in Kustomer and block client/provider from each other.
