Submitting Monthly Invoices

You will need to log your hours and submit an invoice at the end of each month for your time worked.

To download a usable copy of the invoice template click "File" and "Make a Copy".

Fill the invoice out with your hours worked by day. Only include one line per day. If you work multiple hours in a day that are split up, please total your hours.

At the end of each month download your invoice as a PDF and email it to :

accounting@zeel.com, ryne@zeel.com and cole.halladay@zeel.com

Payments are processed on the third Tuesday of each month and are typically received by your bank on that following Thursday.
