Spa Reporting Multiple Checkout for One Appointment

If a spa ever reaches out stating that they’re being asked to check out the same appointment multiple times, the appointment has had extensions added to it.

  1. Remove the extensions and change the duration to match what the extensions were (ex. If it was a 60-minute appointment w/ 15m extensions, change it to 75-minute appointment.)

  2. Once the duration has been updated and extensions removed, have the spa log in and out of their spa portal.
