Occasionally, a provider may need to cancel due to illness or an unexpected emergency. Furthermore, provider cancellations are closely monitored. If a provider’s cancellation rate becomes excessive, appropriate actions are taken to maintain the quality and reliability of our network.

While we understand how frustrating this can be, please know that our team is working diligently to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible.

• Ensure the cancelled appointment is blasting back out to the network, and add an incentive if needed.

• There is no need to notify the Spa team unless the Spa becomes more upset.
