The spa policy is nearly identical to in-home.

• We DO match couples appointments. If it is a concierge appointment or a spa appointment that was not entered as a couples appointment, but the provider is claiming that it was a couples appointment at the property we can make the change. 

• Spas do not always enter couples requests as couples requests, rather they’ll do two single racks.
