USE CASE:

  • Provider complains about a specific spa (non-safety issues, ie. the spa is dirty, not enough linens) 

RESPONSE:

  • Send canned text to provider: Spa-provider-complains-about-a-specific-spa

    • “Hello ____,

      Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We’ve made sure to alert our team and as they review your feedback, they’ll contact you for any additional information they may need.”

ACTION:

  1. Assign to T&S and tag Bailee/Virginia with an FYI note.  

  2. Block provider from receiving future requests at the spa if they request us to do so.
