    • “Hello XXXX, 

      Thank you for reaching out.  To cancel requests please cancel directly in the app.  Please be advised that canceling confirmed services will impact your cancelation rating.   Thank you!”

ACTION:

  1. No escalation necessary.

  2. Please “provider cancel” the appointment.
