  • Use Kustomer shortcut: Spa-Spa-making-treatment/tip-adjustments

    • “Hello, #name,

      Thank you for letting us know about this discrepancy. We will adjust the checkout information accordingly, and the changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.” 

ACTION:

  1. Adjust appointment per the request.  

  2. Mark ticket as done.
