      Thank you for reaching out.  You may cancel requests directly on your Zeel Platform, but we will be happy to assist with your request.  Please let us know if you require any assistance with logging into your account so that you can process future cancellations.”

ACTION:

  1. No escalation necessary

  2. Please “client cancel” the appointment for the spa.
