Spa Requesting Specific Provider
If a spa reaches out requesting to confirm a specific provider for an appointment we want to ask if they’ve already confirmed with the provider that they’re available. If they say yes, we can confirm the provider for the appointment/block. If they have not confirmed with the provider and they just want them for any given block, we should reach out to the provider and handle it similar to when an in-home client requests a provider.
