Spa and Chair Quiz Protocol
Spa and Zeel@Work (Chair) appointments will have a "Trained" status, very similar to how we have "VA Trained" providers for Medical appointments.
When on the has bids role, if we receive a bid from a therapist for either a spa or @work booking that meets the following criteria,
Provider we want to book
Low cancellation
New provider
The request is more than a day away.
Not same day/next day bookings
Provider NOT tagged as "Spa" or "Zeel@Work" trained
We will send them the SMS and Email shortcut relevant to the type of appointment they are bidding on.

Once we send the shortcut, we will leave a sticky note indicating which provider we want to confirm and who we sent the quiz to.
When checking has bids, we can periodically check the provider in Kustomer or the sheet of quiz responses to verify whether they’ve passed the quiz.

Once a provider has passed the quiz, we apply the relevant tag for the provider and confirm the provider on the request. Tags are: id 210="Zeel Spa Trained" id 211="Zeel At Work Trained".
If a request is for the same-day or next-day, and there are responses from providers who are already trained, whom we want to book, we should book the other providers (as long as they do not have high cancellation rates).
If a request is for the same-day or next-day, and there are no responses from providers who are already trained, or the providers who have responded have high cancellation rates, and it’s better to book the new provider, we should book the new provider and send the “booking untrained” shortcuts.
