Searching for a Customer or Provider

Customers and Providers can have multiple profiles in Kustomer if they've had more than one phone number or email that they've written in from.

Searching by name is generally inadvisable, search Kustomer either by a Phone number or an Email.

If a client or provider has two (or more) Kustomer profiles, we can merge the profiles by clicking "Merge Customer" on profile 1 and entering the email or phone associated with profile 2.
