Safety and Hygiene Guidelines
Guidelines for Providers in the Zeel network
Providers will follow the CDC guidelines on hand-washing.
Equipment should be carefully and thoroughly disinfected between appointments— before and after each use.
Providers should refrain from completing or scheduling appointments if he/she is experiencing any symptoms of illness. If a member of the household tests positive for Covid-19, the provider should be advised to not book with symptoms and test for the next five days out of an abundance of caution.
Guidelines for Patients in the Zeel Network
Clients/Patients should refrain from booking an in-home treatment if the patient or any member of the patient’s household has a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or any communicable illness.
Clients/Patients should refrain from booking an in-home treatment if patient or any member of the patient’s household is under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
Clients/Patients should share any special sanitation or hygiene requests with the provider prior to their arrival at the home—preferably during the initial booking process.
Patients may offer masks/gloves and no-contact thermometers to the provider should they wish to do so.
