Safety and Hygiene Guidelines

Guidelines for Providers in the Zeel network

  • Providers will follow the CDC guidelines on hand-washing.

  • Equipment should be carefully and thoroughly disinfected between appointments— before and after each use.

  • Providers should refrain from completing or scheduling appointments if he/she is experiencing any symptoms of illness. If a member of the household tests positive for Covid-19, the provider should be advised to not book with symptoms and test for the next five days out of an abundance of caution.

Guidelines for Patients in the Zeel Network

  • Clients/Patients should refrain from booking an in-home treatment if the patient or any member of the patient’s household has a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or any communicable illness.

  • Clients/Patients should refrain from booking an in-home treatment if patient or any member of the patient’s household is under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

  • Clients/Patients should share any special sanitation or hygiene requests with the provider prior to their arrival at the home—preferably during the initial booking process.

  • Patients may offer masks/gloves and no-contact thermometers to the provider should they wish to do so.
