Reviewing Negative Covid Tests

Patient Care Coordinator, Tier 2 and Trust and Safety teams have permission from Zeel's Chief Medical Officer to review Covid tests and clear providers from Covid holds if the result is negative.

The following requirements must be met:

· Result must be negative. Test can be molecular (RT-PCR) or antigen only (rapid.)

· If test was conducted in a lab, name of lab/company who conducted the test must be included in the result. For in-home COVID test rapid test results, the manufacturer must be visible on the test itself or with a photo of the box.

· Test result must be fully legible and clear to read. If it is simply a line test (ex. nose swab binax test), the control and test lines must be fully visible.

· If test shows name, date of birth or date of test, the name and DOB must match Zeel database and date of test must be current. Test can still be approved if name, DOB or date of test is not listed. Zeel is not requiring Name or DOB as of 2023.

· Any questions or uncertainty, please contact Zeel Chief Medical Officer.
