Requesting More Cancellation Pay

  1. If a provider reaches out and wants MORE compensation than is given for a cancellation, we want to start by using the cancellation compensation shortcut (#Provider-Cancellation-Pay-Breakdown). 

  2. If the provider takes the answer, great, if they do not, look through their Kustomer history and see if we’ve made a payment exception in the past. If we haven’t made the exception in the past, we can change the cancellation to pay in full either by changing the cancellation reason to the “Provider feels unsafe/uncomfortable” pay full, do not charge option. OR we can apply whatever the difference is (payout - $50.00) as an incentive to another appointment. 

  3. We need to send the INSERT NEW SHORTCUT HERE shortcut which will let the provider know that this is a one-time exception and that it will not be happening again in the future.
