Click into the first referral on the list
Verify that Service is “Massage Therapy (Medical)” and NOT Chiropractic, Mental Health, etc.
- If service is anything other than “Massage Therapy (Medical)” we need to reject the referral with the reason “Incorrect type of care” and leave a note with “DATE-referral returned. Zeel doesn’t offer chiropractic care at this time, Thank you!”
Click the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the screen
Select Offline Referral Form
Download it
Click Back To: Referral Details
Select the three horizontal dots on the right side of the screen
Select Patient Details
Review patient's gender, if they have an email, and copy their SSN
In a new tab, open the Referral Tab in ZCC
Click "Add New Referral" in the top left corner of the grid
Upload the Offline Referral Form you just downloaded
Paste the SSN, and fill in any remaining fields.

BEFORE FINISHING look at the following:

Does the VA listed in the ZCC pop-up match what is in HSRM?
- IF NOT: PAUSE. Coordinate w product to get it resolved
Did any of the "Patient History" get cut off?
- IF YES: go into the dowloaded form and copy and paste any remaining info

Once ingested in ZCC, return back to your HSRM tab. On the patient's referral page, scroll down to "referral processing information"

Update status to "Accepted"
Add the note: DATE accepted, sent veteran a text+email (this happens automatically upon ingestion to ZCC)
Click "Update" in the bottom right hand corner
