"Rebooking" Requests

If there is an alternate bid offered by a therapist requested specifically (the appt will indicate “rebooking flow” on the left, send the shortcut “Rebooking_Alternate_Time_Provided_By_Provider”  and indicate the date/time that a provider is available, and leave a sticky note indicating that you’ve done that)

If the request is in an area where we have a lot of therapists and would most likely be able to fulfill with another provider and the bid has been sitting for a few hours with no action, you can use “Rebooking…expand” which will tell the client they can expand the request to more providers
