Reading Provider Statistics

Provider statistics can be seen from both their CMS profile and from their baseball card.

More clients tend to block providers than prioritize, a 1:2 Prio:Block ratio is fairly standard.

Cancellation data can be seen from the baseball card. The number format is as follows :

Appointment Type : Appointment Total (Total Cancellations + Percent ; Cancellations of last 10 appointments + %)
