Teams, Queues and Searches

Everyone answering Kustomer tickets is working out of a "search". We assign tickets to Teams and Queues so that "Searches" can pull the associated tickets.

A ticket can be assigned to a Team and a Queue OR to an individual.


Typically the Queue and Team match, e.g. CS T2 + CS T2, Trust and Safety/Trust and Safety - General. You would never assign something to Trust and Safety Team + Accounting Queue.
