Pulling a Specific Provider's Calendar Availability

  1. Log into Tableau

  2. Select the "Collections" Icon in the thin grey menu on the left side of your screen.

  3. Select the VA Collection

  4. Select the Provider Calendar

  5. Search the provider's name in the Provider Calendar

Green squares indicate times/dates in which the provider is available and is eligible to schedule without further questioning.

If the provider does not have any green squares visible, they are either unavailable or have not indicated availability in the app.

  • From here, you'll simply need to ask their upcoming availability via text/call/email in Kustomer or Aircall
