Provider Refuses to Submit RFS When Clinically Indicated

Use Case: A provider is refusing to submit an RFS for a patient that they have seen and previously indicated an RFS would be beneficial for the patient.

  • Note - This is different than a provider being asked to fill out an RFS for a patient that they saw once, six months ago.

  • Submit SalesForce Provider Review.

    • Contact Ryne, Lindsay, or Cole to submit the SF review.

  • Send referenced patient RFS questions (#RFS-Patient-Questions) and send replies to the Clinical Kustomer Queue.
