Provider Cancelled and Provider Declined Appointments

When a provider cancels an appointment it will automatically clone and reblast to the network.

When a provider is confirmed they will get a notification to "accept" the appointment. They can either accept or decline the appointment.

If they decline it will look like a provider cancel, but will not affect their cancellation rating.

If we need to cancel an appointment for a provider (non-medical) we can use the "Provider Canceled?" button below the Appointment ID.
