PCC DOH Portal Error

Use Case:

• NYC Portal Issue: ie. vaccination prior to complete portal entry. 
  

Response:

• “Hello, NAME, we have escalated this to the appropriate team. Please do not leave the location. Please cease all vaccinations and await further instruction.”

Action:

• Inform the nurse to cease vaccinations immediately. Escalate to T+S via slack. Await further instruction.
