Before appt in Voicemail: Update records in Salesforce
During appt (nurse often notifies us): update records in SalesForce, notify Homebound-cancellations-standby.
Action:
Pt: Call the patient to inform that we received their voicemail, ask why they are canceling. Will they stay on our list to reschedule, or remove?
Notify nurse we have received their message about cancelation, ask reason for cancelation, find a standby
Provider: Rebook and update patient on any revised ETA. Alert T&S to habitual unprofessional cancellations or late-arrivals
