Patient Discriminatory Booking
Use Case : Patient writes into CS requesting a black provider, an Asian provider, a Christian provider, etc.

Hello NAME,
Patients may not select providers based on appearance, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion. Patients may request a male or female provider.
Actions Needed:
- Send the above canned reply to the patient. If the patient responds with anything other than "Ok". If there is pushback, "I really want X type provider" or "no that won't work", we should look to return the referral.
- If the patient responds positively to the message, we may proceed with standard booking procedures.
Note :
- Requests for "young", "skinny", "hot" providers should be escalated to Trust and Safety.
