Oriented and Open to Network Properties
Spas on the network will be listed as either "Open to the Network" or "Oriented Only."
Key Differences:
"Open to the Network" – Any provider can be confirmed for an appointment without attending an orientation.
"Oriented Only" – A provider must be oriented with the Spa before they can be confirmed.
How to Determine a Spa’s Status:
The notes section on the appointment will indicate whether the Spa is Open to the Network or Oriented Only.
If a Spa is Oriented Only, a provider who has completed orientation must be assigned.
How Providers Become Oriented:
Providers must attend a training session before their first appointment.
Some Spas offer scheduled orientations that are sent out to providers in the area.
Identifying an Oriented Provider:
Providers who are oriented with a Spa will have a graduation cap icon next to their name when submitting availability for an appointment.
A provider’s profile page also lists the properties they are oriented with.
