Introduction

When we receive a new referral for a patient, they are automatically called, texted, and emailed through our automated workflows.

Some veterans need/prefer a more hands-on experience. These veterans may need assistance navigating our booking flow, or perhaps are running into scheduling/fulfillment issues.

We want to reach out to patients who we have received a referral for, but have not yet been scheduled.

Patients with a referral that do not yet have a confirmed appointment are considered "New Patients"
