Membership Hiatuses

Typically we’ll send the Membership_Pause/Cancel/Hiatus shortcut and have the client process their own hiatus, however if for whatever reason we need to do a hiatus for a client we can process that from their CMS page as well.

  1. For example, this customer has membership charges scheduled for 2/28, 3/31 and 4/30. If they process a 3-month hiatus, their next charge will be on 5/31. As Feb, Mar and April will be skipped. To skip this we would go to the “Planned Subscription charges” and inactivate each charge we would be skipping.

  2. In the event that the client has skipped or doesn’t have ANY upcoming charged in their “Planned subscription charges” (ex. 2/28, 3/31 and 4/30 were the only ones in this customers profile) we would cancel what they want skipped and then use the “Add new charge” button to enter a charge on the date that the membership would renew.
