Injury Escalations
Injury escalations cover a wide array of claims, spanning from soreness to a massage or inability to walk following an appointment, to non-intentional physical harm that occurred before/at/after an appointment. Injury escalations also include damage to property/items.
When you come across an injury escalation, please assess which tier it falls into and handle it appropriately.
