In-Home Appointments

• If an appointment has not been confirmed and the scheduled time is approaching, it is acceptable to add an incentive to encourage confirmation.

• Acceptable incentive range: $10–$30.

• When in doubt, round up to a clean, appealing number.

Spa Appointments

• Incentives depend on how close the appointment is to its start time.

• Typically, up to $75 can be added per appointment.

• Higher incentives are usually reserved for last-minute provider cancellations, after which the appointment is reblasted to the network.

• If unsure about the appropriate incentive amount for a specific Spa, contact the Spa team for guidance.

@Work Appointments

• @Work appointments generally confirm faster than In-Home and Spa appointments, as providers are highly active in this line of business.

• If an incentive is needed due to a last-minute cancellation or difficulty in fulfilling an event:

  • Start with $30 and increase as necessary.

• If there are concerns about the event or the appropriate incentive amount, reach out to the @Work team for clarification.
